Who We Are
Ma.Re. is a company born from Mattia and Rebecca's meeting and shared passion for the circus world.
A project born from the desire to tell intimate and universal stories through the body and movement.
The debut took place in April 2024 and since then, the show has continued its journey, meeting different audiences and collecting performances throughout Italy.
The company's first show debuts in April 2024, INTORNO, in the same year they participate in various events such as Imola Buskers, Faltereco, Buskers Faenza, Buskers Ravenna, Buskers Salò, Eurochocolate Perugia .
In 2025, they performed at various events, including the Venice Carnival, Faltereco, Botanico, and collaborations with Ufficio Incredibile. In 2026, their new touring show, SOMNUS, was presented at the Venice Carnival.

Somnus
Two characters from an unknown era move through the streets on their cargo bike, illuminated by tiny light bulbs and twinkling candles. A tireless cyclist drives it, spreading greetings and kind words through a megaphone while announcing their passage with a gentle ring of a bell, a sound like a joyful awakening.
Sitting in the trunk of her bicycle, a fisherwoman of dreams holds a wooden fishing rod in her hands. She doesn't attach hooks to the line, but messages of hope and aspiration, which she offers to passersby with the gentleness of someone who knows that dreams must be protected, nurtured, and shared.
No one knows where they come from or where they're going, but together they pass through alleys and squares, illuminating the path with their trail of light and words, bringing with them a small universe of smiles and wonder.
Sominum is the poetic journey of two dreamers on wheels—an invitation to continue believing that happiness can be found even on a street corner, behind the sound of a doorbell, and under the spell of a lit light bulb.
